Our guide team for the 2026 season is now fully staffed. However, we are always interested in connecting with experienced outdoor guides for future opportunities. If you have a background in kayaking, via ferrata, or rock climbing, we welcome you to send us your CV for our database.

• For locals, coming from/living in Bremanger: If you are interested in becoming a freelance Hornelen Via Ferrata guide, we’d like to hear from you.
• You must have strong group-leading skills, first aid certification and extensive personal outdoor experience.
• We’re looking for social and guest-focused team players who speak English fluently and hold a driver’s license.
• We appreciate NPF/NKF certifications, experience guiding multi-day or e-bike tours, formal outdoor education and good knowledge of Norwegian culture/nature.
