How do we custom your vacation?
1. Let us inspire you: please take a look at the pre-designed adventure vacations tours. These are our guests’ favourites and you might find your ideal trip there, or find some elements that you would like to include in your ideal tour to Norway.
2. Once you Request your unique travel proposal, the process of designing your adventure vacation in Norway starts. One of our experienced and Norwegian-based travel designers will contact you to discuss your dream trip, and what specific needs or wishes you have. They will then put together a personalized itinerary and price proposal.
3. After you have agreed upon the trip itinerary and price, you will pay the 30% deposit. This can be paid by credit card through our secure payment gateway. We will book all the agreed items and confirm the bookings as soon as all the details are known.
4. Congratulations! You have now booked your perfect holiday in Norway! Four weeks before departure you will receive the payment link for the 70% balance payment. Three weeks before departure we will send you the roadbook with a very detailed day-to-day program with driving instructions, tips/suggestions, maps, ferry time tables, etc. and vouchers for problem-free navigating and check-ins.
Now it is only a matter of counting down the days until your arrival in beautiful Norway and the start of an unforgettable adventure. While traveling our office staff is available 7 days a week in case you have to call us for urgent matters.
